Our Plant and Equipment
Valley Tool & Die, Inc's investment in a large variety of
equipment ensures we have the production method best suited for
each job. The flexibility of having Metal Stamping, 4-Slide,
Screw Machine and Secondary Departments enables Valley
Tool & Die,
Inc. to always produce products in the most efficient and cost
effective manner.
Our Metal Stamping Department is outfitted with presses ranging
from 5 - 200 ton capacity enabling us to produce a wide variety
of products.
Our 4-Slide Department is equally impressive allowing us to produce
intricately shaped stampings and wire forms up to 3/16" diameter
in wire or 2" wide from coil stock.
Our Automatic Screw Machine Department, complete with a CNC turning
center, can easily accommodate up to 1 5/8" diameter bar stock.
Valley Tool & Die, Inc. has the flexibility to produce small
or large volume production runs.
Our Secondary Department is also well equipped
with a variety of machinery for assembling, drilling, milling,
tapping, welding
and other secondary operations that may be necessary.
