• CNC Turning Center & Automatic Screw Machine Department – Our screw machine department has the capability to prototype parts for our customers while also enacting short- or high-production product runs of established parts.Additionally, our equipment can service bar stock up to 1 5/8”. • Prototyping Department – Valco’s metal manufacturing prototyping department is highly experienced in metalworking research and development and is dedicated to working closely with customers to achieve their product goals and specifications.We’ve made thousands of specialty products over the decades, fulfilling our customers’ needs with durable, versatile machine parts. • Slide Forming Department – We are able to produce intricately shaped stamping and wire forms up to 3/16′ diameter in a wire of 2′ wide from coil stock.
