At Valco/Valley Tool & Die, Inc., we have the capabilities to create a wide and ever-expanding range of metal parts for our clients. This is due to our commitment of maintaining our certification to ISO 9001:2015 with design metal parts manufacturing house, which features everything from metal stamping, progressive die stamping, and CNC turning to an automatic screw machine department and more.
Our most well-known product is the snap button for telescoping tubing, which has more than 1,200 variations. Valco is also capable of manufacturing many other parts (spring button clips, lock pins, stampings, cord clips, screws, weld nuts, sign hangers, etc.) with a stamping capacity for any metal up to 200 tons.
